This is what they make me think of:
Holly- an immature "everyone's little sister" (tags along with EVERYONE), whiner, spoils all the fun
Liliana- the Prep Queen, puts everyone down to make herself feel better, has a high pitched voice that gets really annoying
Addison- chubby, obnoxious stuck-up, has a nasally voice, also a whiner
Joe- a dumb guy who thinks he gets paid to think (if you take my meaning), feels the need to impose his opinions on everyone
Miranda- a bad girl who cusses people out for no reason, has tried to run people over, has a criminal record at sixteen
Julian- a whiny, obnoxious twenty-something who is babied by his family and cries when things don't go his way, has a high-paying job for reasons unknown
Sage- a bookish girl who is determined to stay alone, pushes everyone away, gets amazing grades but refuses to help even the nicest people, spreads rumors to deter people who are determined to befriend her
Dale- a dog who bites everyone but the mailman
My thoughts on the names themselves:
Holly- boring, might use
Liliana- it's pretty but prep-ish, would not use
Addison- I had a bad experience with an Addison, plus it's a boring and distasteful name, will NEVER use
Joe- boring, would not use
Miranda- I actually have no qualms with this name, would use
Julian- I can't think of anything besides old-fashioned, would use
Sage- Hippie name, might use
Dale- has an unintelligent sound to it, would not use
