Barnaby and Vicky are now empty nesters. They're getting lonely, so they adopt a cockatoo. They name her Sierra.

Lionel has been friends with Andrea Shannon Hagar since they were fifteen, and he's finally confessed his love to her. She loves him too and they're now engaged! The wedding will be this summer.

Forest and his wife, Lucille January McDowell, who have been married for a year, are having a child! Both Forest and Lucille prefer unisex names, and are also not going to find out the gender of the child until it's born. The name they've decided on is Justice Avon.

Laurel is studying to be a pediatrician, and she's met a delightful young man at class! His name is Christopher Conrad Charlton Vogt. They're dating exclusively now, and the family has high hopes for their relationship.
