Francesca is pretty, and it's ch rather than c/s all the way.
It’s my name, pronounced Fran-chesca. It’s very popular in my age range in my country, if I had stayed there full time I might have ended up changing it because it seems I’d always get confused with someone else?
At least it’s a name with a history and positive associations overall.

Francesca is a beautiful name. I like all of the middle names you posted, but I think the ones that begin with consonants flow better.
I pronounce it fran-CHESS-ka.

I love the idea of Ingrid Francesca. Francesca Ingrid is good as well but the flow isn't as pleasing to the ear. I enjoy Francesca Bridget as well. Wb Francesca Brigitte?
Francesca is such a long standing favorite for me that as a child, whenever I wanted a female character in my make believe games to be fancy, rich and or posh, Francesca was usually one of her first or middle names. One I remember my sisters and I called "Francesca Dubois", an off brand Bratz doll with a really large head.
I pronounce it the latter way you offered
