Both are nice. I think I slightly prefer Janna more.

I like Jan somewhat (the English name) but not so much Janna. Jana with its soft a sound is prettier. The y is a superior vowel in this case.

I prefer Jana, as a fem form of Jan and therefore pronounced YAHna. Janna looks as if it should sound like Anna with a J at the beginning, which I don't particularly enjoy. There are so many preferable fem forms of John that I wouldn't ever consider either.

I prefer Jana, which I pronounce Yah-na. Janna would be Jan-AH, and I only know it as a shortening of Janice

I only know 1 Jana who has it as a double name Jana-Leigh, so it feels incomplete to me by itself without the Leigh.

Jana, I prefer Jenna rather than Janna

I like Jana. Janna sounds strange to me, sorry.
