Marcia- My favorite, love it. I don't like it pronounced as Marsha, I like it pronounced as mar-SEE-uh.
Meaning- Nah, not much. Might bother someone who already knows the meaning, though.
Portia- Um...not my cup of tea.
Moira- It's more balanced, love it.
The one I would choose is Marcia.
