Both are nice names and I echo the thoughts of others, they really do sound like 1920’s sisters in a jazz club!

I really like Stella: wouldn't consider any other star name. Zadie? Glitzier than Sadie, but neither appeals to me and they don't seem to go very well with serene Stella either.

Those are really lovely, well matched sisters with a Jazz Age vibe to them.

I think Stella is a little more popular compared to Zadie, and I would probably go for Nella instead. Nella and Zadie.
