They're both awful. I was never a fan of overly religious names, it's a tacky excuse not to choose an actual name. Naming someone "Heaven" is like naming your kid "love and sparkles" it doesn't speak to their personality at all. I would equate someone named Heaven to a prissy golden child who has no self awareness. I would suggest a well thought out name, how about a Saints name? Those are always lovely.
