Heaven is not something you name your child, imv. Quite frankly I think since it's the name of paradise in Christianity it's sacred. On the flip side, no one wants to name their son Hell, so why use Heaven? Also, it doesn't sound as feminine as Nevaeh imo. I get that Nevaeh heaven backwards but it doesn't hold the same weight and when spelled differently kinda looses all connection. I used this name for a character who's personality wasn't really what I would think a girl with that name would have, so I chose to give her the nickname "Nev," which much better fit her personality. It's got flexibility in that sense that I think Heaven doesn't have.
