I like Lilja quite a bit, and see that it has drastically jumped in popularity (joining the Top 25 of the Swedish speakers' baby names as a new name entirely). While Lilia makes more sense in my language, I think Lilja looks better / more dynamic (Sonja is also my favorite variant of Sonia).
