Unfortunately, Frances caught tuberculosis two years after we last visited the Edwards family and passed away. Amy was struck hard by the death of her twin and Owen & Sally mourned their sister for a long time. Peggy and Harry were devastated at the loss of their precious daughter. Sally married her lover and comforter in her grief, Mr. Edmund Fernsby, last year. Owen and Amy are not fond of Edmund and believe he is a bad man. Harry and Peggy are quite fond of him, however.
