A great tragedy strike the family, Henry has been murdered a year ago. The truth about the motives behind his murder may never be known as the murderer has not been caught, but Jemima is almost sure it has something to do with the King's stables. Philip and Moll have upgraded their living situation after Philip received a raise thanks to his exquisite seller record in the bookstore, they now live in a attic apartment with their own tiny kitchen. They are still childless much to Jemima's dismay.
