I know it's totally overused, but I actually love
Emily. It's classy and timeless, flows gracefully off the tongue, and fits any personality. One of my close friends is
Emilie Grace, which isn't exactly original but I like the cadence of the combo and the alternate spelling of
Emily. I wouldn't use
Emily or
Emilie myself (well, given enough daughters it could be a middle name), but it's still a good name. As for
Emilia, it's perfectly nice, but it sounds just like
Amelia, and I've never seen the appeal of spelling it like
Emily. That said, it makes a lovely middle.

I would pair
Emily with something more unique to spice it up a little.

LISTEN TO THE MUSTN'TS
-
Shel Silverstein
Listen to the MUSTN'TS, child,
Listen to the DON'TS
Listen to the SHOULDN'TS
The IMPOSSIBLES, the WON'TS
Listen to the NEVER HAVES
Then listen close to me—
Anything can happen, child,
ANYTHING can be.
