I like it. It's different but not weird. I think it would be a solid first name and an interesting middle name if paired with a more traditional first name.

The 'rake' part has more impact for me than the 'duck' part. No one calls anything a drake where I live, so it's more of an archaic nature word name to me.

I assume you mean on a boy. I have a good friend and this is her last name. As I don't really like last names for names (on boys or girls) I don't really like this name. Sorry.
