Not a fan of any of these combinations: Especially the Peppe Oliver one. Lol, “Peppered Olive”? Of these names, I like Melina, Fiora, and Oliver only. Mia is an alright name.

I take issue with the peppered olive name.

Malina Bella: It’s fine. Kinda pretty and the meanings are cute.
Gionni Junior: Meh. I don’t like it but it’s fine I guess.
Peppe Oliver: PEPPA PIG OINK I like Oliver as a middle name but Peppe is kinda weird. Also reminds me of Pepper.
Mia Fiora: Not bad.

Melina Bella- I like it. I’m not a big fan of Melina though, it just sounds like someone said Marina wrong.
Gionni Junior- Junior??? As a middle name???? Doesn’t really make sense. The variation of Gianni is a bit strange as well.
Peppe Oliver- he will get bullied. Do they realize how popular Peppa pig is? I like Oliver though.
Mia Fiora- my favorite, I don’t see anything wrong with it. I especially like Fiora.

Think he’s a junior to his father.

Gotcha, usually it would be at the end though is why I find it strange.

Italian? Or wanting to give that impression? Because Gionni isn't how the name is actually spelled by Italians? Is Peppe ever used by itself rather than short for Giuseppe?
Oliver looks very out of place here.
