I haven't noticed Marisol mentioned much here? But I was thinking about it a few days ago because I came across a Marisal. Maricel is ok but mainly reminds me of Marcel...the sound is similar to Marisol, but the vibe is pretty different to me. I do like Maris and Marisela a lot...
I used to like Marigold as a MN for most things (thinking it brightened them) but now I feel like it's too happy-go-lucky. Cute for other people but not quite my style, similar to how I feel about Daisy, though Marigold also seems a bit more snobby/grand to me like Margot or Magnolia would. Either that or it's like an image cross of Golda and Marianne; I think of a 70s color palette. Also I feel like it has religious/cultural/spiritual undertones that I don't connect with.

I kind of go months at a time without being active here but I’d say every time I’ve seen Marisol asked about here it’s always received widespread positivity. I also see it on a lot of lists. :)
