My first thought is the song and album of the same name by Uriah Heep.
I don’t love it as a name but I could see it being used as a masculine name. He’d be friends with Tarquin, Ambrose and Guildford. I would imagine it was his mother’s name before marriage or a private (public in England) school where the boys were either referred to by their last name or there was another boy who had the same first name as him so the last name was used to tell them apart.
