I adore this name. Absolutely love it.
I go back and forth. Generally Katharine is my favorite spelling, but Catherine is also great. I have nothing against Katherine, but I do feel that's a bit bland personally.
Kathryn is my least favorite, by far. Again, nothing against it, but it feels too short for such a regal name.
I don't care for the mishmash variants - Katheryn or Catharine or Kathrine.
Middle names, I think, need to be comparable regal. That said, I'm weird in that I only like certain middle names with certain spellings.
