[Games] CAF With A Twist
I’ll give a full name and age for a fictional person as well as an image of them. a paragraph of description as well (although this isn’t mandatory). The next person will create a person that is related to the previous person in some way (it doesn’t necessarily need to be by blood: it could be a friend, coworker, etc), then it continues.
Ryuna " Luna " Hashimoto (17) is a rising senior in high school. She is the youngest of four siblings— all of them older brothers— and the only one to be born and raised in the U.S. What brought the Hashimoto family to the U.S was her dad’s job just a year before she was born, and she’s lived in Boston her whole life. Being the only girl in the house made Luna, as stereotypical as it is, into a tomboy. Could you blame her, though? Her sibling closest in age with her is just a year older (and thus a grade above), and Luna shares the best kind of sibling rivalry with him.
Luna doesn’t have a lot of friends at school, and she likes it that way. She and her introverted friends exist outside of the student body hierarchy— friendly with the popular kids and friendly to the unpopular ones. Luna probably would have ended up in the popular crowd if she wanted to, though, she went to the same school as her older brothers and they were the lives of multiple parties, apparently. She’s even seen some teachers wince when they realised she was related to them. Nonetheless, Luna’s very different from her siblings but gets along with them just fine.
Recently, though, she’s ended up in a group project with the captain of the girl’s varsity soccer team, and Luna can’t get the girl out of her head. Her friends say it’s a crush, but Luna refuses to believe that it is. Crushes are supposed to be pleasant! Luna feels lightheaded and can’t seem to keep any trains of thought steady when she’s around her. Her brother closest in age with her has caught on, and for once has been actually talking to Luna about it— for now they have a peaceful(?) truce.

Note: yo that was cute I'm watching this movie lmao
Divya Jayashri Tamboli (17) is the captain of the varsity soccer team, a rising senior, and Luna's crush. She's quite popular throughout the school, in part because of her status - her father is a cardiac surgeon, and her mother recently bought the local mall. There's lots of speculation around her love life, but she likes to keep things to herself. In fact, she's always been rather private. Though she has a ton of friends and is well-known at school, she only has two people she's really close too. Divya loves astrology (she's a Scorpio). She's not sure why, but Luna's caught her eye lately. Maybe it's her awkward, clumsy speech or her boyish charm. Regardless, she's been on her mind. Divya's really excited that her favorite band, Japanese Breakfast, is coming to town for a concert. Maybe she'll ask Luna along...

Yulia Angeline Vasnetsova (18) is another member of the group project and co-captain of the cheer squad, who’s general attitude towards things is getting them done to a high standard, but without an excess of friendliness. While she’s never rude or unpleasant, Yulia’s someone who prefers sticking with those she knows well and her introversion can be mistaken for snobbery by those who merely know her on reputation basis; especially when combined with her inclination to perfectionism, and how she’s no stranger to aspiring for success. Yulia’s the eldest child born to her parents, and emigrated to Boston when she was 12, still speaking with a noticeable accent - although she started speaking English when she was younger, due to her mother working as a translator in the legal system - and has a good relationship with her brother, attributing it to the fact he’s significantly younger than her. As someone who prefers her space, to practise routines or just relax listening to her mp3, the fact he’s ten and interested in completly different things works well for both siblings - never mind their parents, who worried a bit about the wait to have their youngest child.
When it comes to cheerleading matters, Yulia’s much more forthcoming. She’s organised, dedicated and very supportive of her teammates, being confident in any kinds of contortion or acrobatics as she’s been doing gymnastics since she was four - and is factoring it into her uni applications, alongside her chosen subject of Literature. Reading is something Yulia’s capable of doing for hours on end, surprising given she also enjoys creating mini-spa routines for herself and her mum or going thrifting with friends; seemingly fulfilling a lot of assumptions about cheerleaders in what she enjoys overtly - but she’s very clear its her business and no-one else’s to judge, as she isn’t hurting anyone by making her own face masks.
