Aniela is weird. It sounds like the word “anal” and I had to read its page to figure out how to pronounce it. Unless you live in Poland don’t use it.
Angela, although boring and kind of dated, is better.

I quite like Angela, but not enough to use it myself. I much prefer it to Angelique, Angelina etc. Aniela is no doubt fine in its own habitat, but it's not particularly attractive and would cause pronunciation problems in places without a Polish community.

NAF of either, Angela is better though because it doesn’t sound like “anal”. A better option would be Angelica or Angelina or even Ariella.

I've never liked Angela - it sounds too dated to me. I hadn't heard of Aniela until now but I much prefer it. It eliminates the 'j' sound that I find unpleasant in Angela and seems younger and fresher. Anielka is an adorable diminutive. I'd probably pair Aniela with another Polish name...
