[Opinions] If you had a daughter today, what would you name her?
Thinking quickly, I might name my daughter Honor. I think it's a very pretty name. If not Honor, then probably Abigail. What about you?“It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not.” - Andre Gide

Fiona Penelope or something.

Tosca has been on my mind lately but I don't know what I would pair it with.

Today and as a spur of the moment thing I'd go with Daisy Cleo.

Today, I'll go with Antonia Maud.

Right now, Arwen Selene "Ari"

Lucy Emiliana Faye. Emiliana after my sister, in a way, and Faye in honor of our mother. Although I'm not exactly sure if I can still use it as my sister already used it. So might need to go back to the drawling board for this one. If you ask me, I'd rather have a son. The names that I have picked out for girls seem to be quickly dwindling down. ☹️

I think it should be fine since it's a middle name and honoring. Your family could turn it into a tradition :)

Margot :3 (though my bf prefers the name Lucy)

Odette Starling

Eva Olwen
(I've read about Olwen today, so I decided to use it as a MN, and Eva - spur-of-the-moment decision))

Primrose Ruth. Primrose is my favourite flower, part of the name of my neighbourhood, and a character from my favourite book series. (Yes it is the Hunger Games…) Ruth is my grandma’s name.

Primrose Ruth is beautiful! What a delightfully vintage combo.

Thank you! And reading your profile, elephants and mini goats are my favourite animals too!

I'm feeling the names Lenore, Jenna, and Bianca today. Either one of these names would do.

Allegra Anna Paola. The middle names honor my parents.

My mum mentioned the other day that she thinks Amanda is a very romantic name :)

That's really pretty, in a warm, country kind of way.

Thanks. I feel warm and fuzzy and cozy today, and I'm also feeling 80's names, lol.

Everett Eliza Jane 'Evie'

It would be Natalie Arianne!

For today, I guess Alix Maximiliane Elanie.

Sylvie Aurelia

Helena Katherine. It was on our list for my now 3 month old daughter, but we went with another name.

Today she would be Atalanta Marsaili “Tally”.

I've always wanted a daughter named Lucy, so perhaps today's the day! Lucy, or Cecily. I'd recommend Laura to anyone else, but with a Beatrice daughter it would be too much Italian literature ...

Edith Aili Onerva. Aili was my great-grandmother's first name, Edith is my long time favorite and Onerva is one of my newest name "crushes".

Honor is cool.I think I’m feeling Maple today, but not as a first name.Vivienne Maple… yeah that sound about right.

Definitely Pandora! Pandora Beatrix Clio :).

Celia, without a doubt!Honor is lovely, I like how severe it is.

Thinking quickly - I might seriously consider Maria today. Abigail is cool. I'm not a fan of Honor as a name (sorry, I know you didn't ask).

I love Maria and this might be my choice as well if I didn’t already have a Joseph.

My answer is still the same: EuphemiaI like Honor, it's unique :)
vote up2
In my country of birth Euphemia was a royal name for centuries. I like seeing it get some love.
vote up2
Oh, how cool~
What country is that?

To simplify my first message: either Summer Rose or Cora Lynn

I don't want to seem rude, but could you edit your posts instead of replying to them? It clogs up the forum.

I will next time, sorry

Yeah I’m going with my gut. It’s Summer.
vote up2
Rose. It’s simple, classic, beautiful & goes with just about everything.

Not any of my usual favorites. None of them go with my current last name, Campbell. Cecilia would sound weird
Summer would sound weird
Iris would sound weird
Sage would sound weird. So I guess Cora or Vera?
Octavia, Aurora, Renee, Carina, Rosa, Caroline, and Eve are all up there too.

Eh scratch that. Summer sounds pretty good actually.

Specifically with the middle name Rose

I am still doubting Summer

Yeah nobody knows what the hell this hypothetical baby is called.

Either Lauren or Laurel, depending on the appearance (although this might sound a bit airheaded, I would name her Lauren if her hair were lighter, Laurel if darker), Katherine, maybe Rebecca? I also like the name Joi
