Hello! Welcome to my magic KUY! For the family, they are magic! They can either be a family with superpowers! Or a Harry-Potter style family! You can also just be a normal family! If the persons age is 49 or younger, A 5 or below is death.
If the persons age is 50 or older A 11 or below is death.
3. Roll a 10-sided dice for singles 18 or older!
Relationships:
For singles 18-25, a score of 6 or higher is a relationship.
For singles 26-35, a score of 4 or higher is a relationship.

Meet Terry Westfield, the most marvelous wizard the world has ever seen! Well, sort of. He's still learning, and his spells can be a bit clunky, but who cares? The important part is that he can wash the dishes and put them away with just a flick of his magical wand! Well, the spell might stop for a second and at least one of the dishes will break, that's why Terry never uses magic to clean the heirloom dishes. He used to still live with his parents, until many years ago...enter Florence Esman, the cleverest witch of them all! And she really IS a clever witch. She can do magic much better than Terry, though her focus is mostly just potions and small household spells. Later, they soon get married have 5 kids, all of them showing signs of magic. Preston is very good at magic, and ready to go to the most prestigious of magical academies. He's also very sympathetic. His special power is summoning stuff. Interesting, right? There's Helena(Lena, pronounced LAY-na), who likes art and also likes living a trendy lifestyle. Her special power is messing with senses, meaning altering a person's sense of smell or something like that. Xanthe is a true daredevil who takes good care of her hair, unlike a lot of other persons she knows. Her special power is shapeshifting. She can shapeshift herself or something else, but not another person.

When Remington and Marisol met, they were both nineteen, recently released into the world. Remington was far from his hometown, looking for something grander than what he'd left behind. He'd been scorned, an illegitimate child, for as long as he could remember, and wanted to start fresh, turn over a new leaf. Marisol had been the top of her class at the Westford Mage School, and was now looking for a place to use her skill.
The two traveled together for lack of company, slowly beginning to like each other. They married when they came to Daleton, where they now reside. Soon after, their daughter Livia was born, inheriting her mother's knack for magic.
Their life seemed perfect. They were loved by Daleton, and Marisol was a successful healer. Remington had started a construction business, seeing how primitive the Daleton architecture was. When Livia was four, however, what should have been a blessing struck like a curse.
The pregnancy was hard, so hard they wondered if something was wrong with either Marisol or the baby. Zachariah, their son, was healthy enough, except for his arm. The skin was black and he couldn't lift it, even after he was walking. Marisol knew what this was, and she knew that, no matter how much healing magic she had, their son would not have long to live. She hoped Livia would remember her brother, but not his death.
Zachariah Chance, who never had a chance, died at age one. Livia was at the school when it happened. He went peacefully but sorrow filled the home for many weeks.
Remington and Marisol did not try for any children after Zachariah. Livia was good friends with some other girls in Daleton, and some of their little siblings were like hers. Her magic is very emotion-based, allowing her to make people feel things.
Another tragedy struck when Livia was nine, and Marisol was out of town. Remington was on-site, and he was hit in the head with a large stone. It had dropped from a platform near the top of the nearly-complete structure.

Yared, a well-travelled and educated Abyssinian, taught minor members of the Ethiopian royal family foreign languages. His only son, Gideon - had a blissful and carefree childhood, marred only by his mother's early death. He spent his days playing with children of aristocrats and their servants. As he grew older, class distinctions that hardly seemed to matter to children rendered him a recluse - a teacher's son was of too low birth for his aristocratic peers, and too uppity for the servants.
Thus, aged 18, Gideon left Addis Ababa for New York. When he docked at Ellis Island, the clerk delegated his father's name, Yared, to the middle spot, and assigned Gideon a surname at random. It did not take long for the young man to become disillusioned with the American dream. His proficiency in a number of languages earned him friends, but it was not enough to land satisfactory employ in Harlem. Thus, he took odd jobs - shining shoes, selling newspapers, and bartending.
It was at a bar that he met Xanthe, one year his junior. A typist by day, she sang at nights for spare cash with her low, mellifluous alto. They were often the last to leave the bar in the early morning hours, and thus, had plenty opportunity to talk. Xanthe was fascinated by Gideon's tales of his native Ethiopia, which he could not return to - Italy invaded shortly after he left. Xanthe spoke of her childhood just as willingly. She was the illegitimate daughter of a Brazilian sailor and a laundress who spent her few hours of repose reading romance novels.

Úna and Cecily are witches - Úna works most with kitchen magic, and Cecily is an alchemist, trained after her father to make medicine with her magical skills. With her soft Irish accent and delicious spells, Úna is adored by the village children, and often bakes them cookies with simple, fun spells, like temporarily changing their hair color. Cecily is more well-known with the adults, offering free medicine to those who need it and always tending to whatever illness she's needed for, be it human, animal, or even crop. Their children are no different. Úna and Cecily have two biological children together: Gideon and Norman. Their first son, Frances, tragically died at age 7. Gideon is the only child who remembers him, being only 6 when he died, compared to Norman at 3. But Gideon's magic comes from his storytelling: he can create pictures in the air with his words, and his tales enthrall everyone who happens upon them. He often uses this power to tell his little brother and sister stories of Frances from when he was alive. Norman wants to be an alchemist, like his Mumsie. He's already shown a natural inclination, and his training will formally begin this year. Úna and Cecily also have a daughter, whom they adopted from Mexico, named Yaretzi. Yaretzi August-Shay is very young, at only 6, but she's shown much power, occasionally causing things to float with strong emotions and bonding very intensely with animals.
