Pearl- it's ok but I wouldn't use it. Too cutesy for meKiersten- I like it: the spelling is unique and sounds cool and fresh for me.Paloma- just ok. I can only think about doves and birds.Liliane- really cool. It's a cool alternative to Lillian and it sounds smart and strong. Lily could be a good nickname.Simone- cool. Strong and fits both and adult and a kid. There's an inmediate associaton with Simone Biles for me.Celeste- no, just don't like it at all.Lauren- like it. Classic, strong and pretty. It can be a little boring for some people, though.Parisa- hate it. Just use Paris.Paige- like it in theory but all i can think about is the pages of a book. Maybe as a middle name.

My favorites are Lauren, Paige, and Pearl. I prefer Kristen to Kiersten.

Pearl
Lovely. I can really see it making a reemergence. It’s soft and pretty yet somehow has some sort of strength to it.Kiersten
It makes me want to throw up. I just loathe it. The sound is so ugly and unappealing and it’s just trying to do way too much — even Kiernan would be better. Just use Kristen. I despise Kirsten as well.Paloma
Gorgeous, romantic, exotic.Liliane
Just not my thing. Rather stick to good ole Lilian & Lily.Simone
Pretty, solid, strong.Celeste
A (soft) favorite of mine — at least it’s been on my name list for as long as I can remember. Pretty name.Lauren
I’ve had a very up and down relationship with this name…from loathing it, to loving it, to sadly, beginning to dislike it again. I think I’m going to go take it off my list right now actually. Solely due to real life connections to the name.Parisa
This name just ruffles my feathers for some reason. I actually prefer Paris.Paige
Have hated it for as long as I can remember. It’s just so bland, so plain, so unassuming…

Pearl: pretty but dated. I think of the character from SpongeBob. I don't like her.Kiersten: tomboyish and rough. It's not bad but I prefer Kirsten and especially Kristen.Liliane: I just prefer Lillian.Simone: nice.Celeste: very ethereal.Lauren: plain but okay.Parisa: it's okay Paige: mixed feelings. It's pretty but I'm not sure which spelling I prefer. That or Page. They both feel wrong somehow.

I never particularly cared for Kiersten myself. Pearl still feels a bit old and outdated to me, there are prettier gem names imo. Paloma is very pretty, I am a fan of it. Simone and Celeste sound like a pretty sister set. Paige I don't mind, not really here or there on it. I much prefer Laura to Lauren, but I don't know for sure why.

Pearl is a bit old fashioned, but feels ripe for a comeback (especially given Ruby's popularity).Kiersten (keer-stin) is one I've never really liked. I think it's worse than Kirsten (which I pronounce kir-stin).Paloma is sweet, though it makes me think of the drink (like Margarita).Liliane is very pretty (though I prefer Liliana), and I think it would make an interesting, unexpected middle name.Simone is glamorous, sophisticated, and underappreciated.Celeste is one of my favorite names. Don't know if I prefer Celeste Eleanor or Celeste Eloise.Lauren was too popular when I was growing up for me to ever consider it, but I do like the name. Lauren seems friendlier than Laura to me.Parisa is all right - one of those names that I wouldn't use, but find it fun to see in the real world. I pronounce it pah-ree-sah.Paige is no-nonsense, and good for being taken seriously (and is less "hippie" than the similar Sage). It admittedly seems odd on a small child, though.

Pearl - I don't like jewel names in general, and I dislike names with an -er- sound, so Pearl doesn't stand a chance with me.
Kiersten - in spite of the -er- sound, I far prefer Kirsten but not enough to even think of using it. Dated and tired.
Paloma - not used where I live, and the sound doesn't appeal to me; seems like the name of a product or perhaps a resort hotel.
Liliane (French pronounciation: leel - yun) - fine where French is spoken
Simone - people who don't know French pronounce it siMOAN, which is unfortunate. The French pronunciation is lovely but unlikely.
Celeste - Queen of the Elephants? The only Celeste I know hates her name with a white-hot passion and insists on being called Sally. She finds Celeste too sentimental, and I do agree.
Lauren - very dated; Laura is timelessly beautiful. No contest.
Parisa - nothing to do with the capital of France, but I would guess that most people would think it was a geographical name. It doesn't appeal to me.
Paige - I know of a girl whose ln is Knight and her mn is Paige. That's fine; her parents concealed the joke. As a fn, I think the meaning destroys it. What 21st-century girl wants to be an apprentice knight? I just don't see the attraction.

Really, really like Pearl!
Simone is a bit dated in my opinion.
