It's a bit odd. Tries to hint at exoticism, but is mostly English in usage. I'd assume EYE-nez, and I do prefer Ines. EYE-nez is vaguely nasal, with sounds not commonly used in feminine names.Inez, Titus, and PetraInez Alina
