[Opinions] Re: Apricity
I saw apricots in the city; then I googled it and found 'the warmth of the sun in winter', described as used or possibly invented by Henry Cockeram as a dictionary entry in 1623. So far, so good; but I also saw 'Apricity provides those impacted by substance use disorders a full spectrum of care including treatment, employment and support services in a safe, progressive recovery community.' And, unfortunately, it's being used in today's world, unlike Mr Cockeram's version, which isn't. Sorry to be a wet blanket, but wet blankets have their uses.

Thanks, that’s helpful to know. I looked it up though, isn’t that just the name of a clinic that deals with substance abuse?

No doubt. Certainly not something I'd name a child after.
