I'm pronouncing Camila ca-MEE-la and Camilla ca-MILL-a. Cam is fine if she has to have a nickname, but I don't like Cammie or Cammy. Millie and Milly are cute on younger girls.

Cammy is unpleasing but probably highly likely to happen. Camilla is beautiful; I far prefer it to Camille.
