[Opinions] Felice
This name caught my attention while watching the Netflix series Young Royals. I myself think its better than Felicia, but I still prefer Felicity and Félicité to it.What do you think of Felice?(And yes, I'm aware that Felice is listed here in BtN as a masculine Italian name, but I'm specifically referring to it as a feminine name: https://www.behindthename.com/name/felice/submitted / https://www.behindthename.com/name/fe10lice/submitted)~*~*~*~kuin metsäorvokki laaksossa

Oh, I love Felice. It's sprightly and breezy and gauzy but not lacking in substance. I prefer it to Felicia.

I love Felicity; if I hadn't used Beatrice, I'd have seriously considered it. As a child I had some very unhappy experiences with a Felicia, which still puts me off. Felice is too close in sound to fleece, and Félicité isn't different enough from Felicity to be worth using in an Anglophone environment.

It kinda reminds me of the word “fleece”

It’s not bad, actually. Felicity>Felice>Félicité>Felicia, in my opinion. It makes my think of felines, though, somehow more so than Felicity does.
