our son is going to be called Tristan. it´s easy to pronounce in English and in German - I actually thought it was a German name wrong! :-) my husband´s English and we´re looking for an English mn that flows nicely with Tristan

Wdyt of my list. Too boring? Any suggestions - Thanks!

I like Tristan Jasper. Tristan James is also nice, but Jasper is better!!

Tristan William
Tristan Philip
Tristan Robert
Tristan Andrew/Andreas (this is a nice German touch, but it doesn't have the "an-an" clash- Oh well, I tried)

Tristan Andrew or Andreas _does_ have the an-an clash so I don't know how you will feel about it- tell me what you think of these mns I have added.

While I love Gideon, Tristan Gideon doesn't sound very good together. Tristan Jasper is my favourite, since all the other names are rather dull to my ears.

I like Tristan Jasper best. I also like Tristan Oliver, Tristan Abram, Tristan Alasdair, Tristan Alistair, Tristan Everett, Tristan Elliot.

I really like Gideon, but I don't think it flows well with Tristan.

Tristan James sounds nice but James is a common middle name, so i would go with Tristan Nathaniel or Tristan Jasper
