Are these variations of the same name? Are they pronounced the same? or is the first ann-ya and the second on-ya? Do you know anything about the meaning or origin of the name?

Anya is pronounced like Ania --> Ah-nya.
I'm not familiar with Aanya although I suspect that it's a variant.===
