I like Faye best I think but Kaye is cute too.

I prefer Kai and Fey. With the spellings presented, I prefer Kay, but, if the -e was dropped from Faye, then I would like Fay best.

If it has to be Faye, then I choose Kay. But I'd pick Fay over Kay if that's allowed.

I like Faye better on its own, but Kay is a cute nickname for any name starting with K.

Faye. Kay/Kaye/Kae no matter how you choose to spell it, just sounds like the letter. Similar to that of 'El' or 'Em'
I far prefer Kaya/Kaia, which I feel has more substance.
