[Opinions] Re: Seraphina
I love it, if I was brave enough I would use it on a real life second or third daughter if one existed. As it is, as much as I love it even I have doubts because of how weighty the Frills are. It would be so fun if the girl was very girly in personality. But If they were very tomboyish for instance, I would feel bad for saddling them with such a hyper- feminine moniker. I think it is the type of name where it only fits certain types of personalities. Which gives way to one of the other topics I've heard discussed in school before: do we make our names our own or our names make us? Do we shape ourselves as we grow up based on the identity our names imply or The Impressions they give off? What if a Seraphina developed into a hyperfeminine archetype because of the name that was bestowed upon her? Hmmm.....Please rate my "Names I would Use" list & "Backup Favorites" list. Feel free to rate some of my other lists too if you have the time.
