[Opinions] Georgiana

Oh forgot pronunciation. Georgie-on-ah
If you had asked me a few years ago I would have said I don't like it but after rereading Pride and Prejudice again I have to say it's been growing on me. Particularly since the British couple that live in my community used it on their daughter a few years ago. *she is Georgie for short* I could honestly say I really like it now and if I was a mythical goddess that had dozens of babies Georgiana would be like daughter #15 or 16 lol
Georgina feels too middle aged to me to come back around yet. Georgia is fine but NMS.

JORjeeANNa.
I prefer Georgina; don't enjoy the other two at all.
No doubt Jane Austen would have used the prevailing pronunciation, and judging by a poem by Keats, it would be four syllables, emphasis on the first and third, as I gave above. Apparently some well-known family (can't be that well-known because I can't remember who or what they were!) used to pronounce it jorJANEa, which seems like a family joke, but maybe some people wanted to copy them and used it as well.

Jor-jee-AHN-uh.
Yes I like it (discovered it in Pride & Prejudice). Not enough to use as a first name but good enough for a middle name.
I would pick Georgiana. Georgia is too much of a state/country name (and also lacks something) and Georgina has a very prissy vibe as someone else also said. I also like Georgette.
In movie/tv I’ve heard it pronounced jor-JAYN-uh or jor-JYAHN-uh I think.

Georgiana is pretty, and cool in its own right. More preppy and bold than Georgia, but more overdone than Georgina.
The thing about Georgia is that it’s historic, sleek, and majestic. Effortlessly great as a name making it dignified. I wouldn’t mind having the name myself. Georgina is just okay, not bad or anything. Georgiana is very lavish and having grandeur.
Of the three I wouldn’t mind having the name Georgia the most. Georgiana isn’t out the question though. Georgia feels very southern-belle to me and I’m not from the south lol.
I say it like jor-JEE-AH-nah. Not sure about Jane Austen.

Yeah. I like it because of Pride and Prejudice.
Definitley prefer Georgiana. Georgia is boring and I hate the gina part of Georgina.
I don't know, but in some movie (maybe The Duchess) I remember it pronounced as gor-jay-nuh or similar and I hate that.

In English, jawr-jee-AN-ə.
I like it a lot, it sounds very Victorian.
I pick Georgina, but if Georgianna was an option I would have picked it.
