I have a difficult time imagining Eden as a guy name. I've met two gal Edens - one in my high school, one who is a child now.
I think it seems sort of hippie-ish. I get a similar vibe from it, as I do from Summer or Amity or Harmony or Haven. Or Taryn or India.
It's sunny and vaguely dreamy / mystical seeming.
In my mind Eden and Dana sort of go together, the letters and the unisex aspect - but Dana seems more unisex to me than Eden, because I knew a guy Dana before I met any gal Danas. I like both names, much more for gals.
On a guy Eden might seem kind of like Canyon - sort of the guy equivalent of Bluebell or Daisy. Doesn't appeal to me, but doesn't repel me either.
