[Opinions] Re: Darwin
A friend with a hyphenated surname (let's say, Henderson-Jones) and a tradition of three middle names gave her son two standard-issue names and Darwin as his third, because of her great admiration for the scientist. And when registering the birth, the clerk queried it: was the ln hyphenated? She said that yes it was, and only just stopped the clerk in time: he'd been about to write, let's say, Michael Gavin Darwin-Henderson-Jones.Strictly honouring; preferably as a mn only.
