Antonia or Antoinette could work for Anthony, the meaning of that name isn't known so that's a tricky one.
I know a lot of people will think this idea is cursed, but what about Gray for a girl. People are into that sort of thing now. And I do remember, long ago, those "baby name gurus" from the year 2000 prophesied that Gary itself would make a "daring" girls name....
Gary means "spear" and I'm pretty sure there are other spear-related girls names but they are kind of hefty.
