Patricia sounds like a 60s style dress I might find in a thrift store. It could be glam or not. I think it's a nice MN, and I like Trish / Trisha.
Alicia seems more sporty chic or like a 90s tube top or tracksuit. I like it? But then, I like most Aly type names other than Alison.
I'm more fond of Laetitia from within the "sha" ending Latin style group. I also like Portia; even Lucretia and Felicia have been growing on me lately.

I much prefer Alicia. Patricia feels very dated and dowdy.
