Thelio or Thelia perhaps? I believe at least Thélio (tell-YO) is in common use in France and it’s pretty cute. I like Thelma quite a bit on its own though. Some other ideas:Thelman

It’s not a great name to begin with, but I think the prettiest variant is Thelmarie.

I'm also ok with getting more creative and not just reproducing a name. Like a name with similar letters or sounds, a similar meaning, or a similar vibe.
