In my region of the US, it’s often used as a name for residential neighborhoods or shopping centers due to its association with the word utopia. I wouldn’t name a child this

Doubly geographical: historically part of Greece of course, but also the name of a residential suburb of Pretoria which includes the presidential residence and the Union Buildings, which are the HQ of the national civil service.

A region or scene of simple pleasure or quiet is the first thing that springs to mind. It doesn’t sound very name like to me.
