Help[Opinions] What do you think of Italian names?
These masculine Italian name have been considered feminine and have high feminine ratings. Do you think they should use on boys or girls?

Where I live, all of these could be used on girls and no one would think it was weird. The "-ele" names would probably be associated with their (French?) feminine "elle" variants, the "-a" names would be seen as feminine because that's a common ending for girl names, and Simone would also be associated with the French version.
That doesn't mean they couldn't be used for boys, but a lot of people would read these and assume they were girls before knowing. Andrea and Nicola are probably the most recognizable as unisex... maybe Mattia and Michele too? But people here would still guess feminine, especially if they didn't see an Italian last name with these first names. For instance if I saw "Andrea Smith", "Nicola Jones", or "Michele Cooper" I would just assume they were girls. If I saw "Andrea Giordano" I would think "hold on, is this a boy or a girl? I need to find out."

First, the name begins with Gi are probably Italian. There are no girls commonly using this name. I this these name are masculine.
The name Mattia has only seen been used on boy in the chart. So probably it will not fit on a girl these days.
Andrea becomes a unisex name in France. The usage on boys became more popular than girls. In Italy this name is masculine and other places feminine.
Elia probably been masculine because in the namesake, and in games like Planet Zoo, they only give on males.

The only one that doesnt seem feminine at all to me is Samuele. I think most of them could work either way.

I see them as unisex 🤷♀️ yes, in Italian they're masculine. But in German, French or English most of them are seen as feminine. So, they're both.

They’re all masculine in Italian though I know that Andrea and Nicola in particular are mostly used on girls in the Anglosphere.

I see all of these as strictly feminine (from a southeastern, US perspective), but they could totally work on boy.

Well, I think, this depends a lot on where you live.
Right now I live in Germany.
I would expect a man with most of these names and would be surprised, if it was a woman.
Exceptions:
Gabriele (used to be quite popular for girls a while back)
Simone (common for girls)
Nicola (common for girls)
And Andrea - it used to be quite popular for girls in the 80s, still there are many italian, male Andreas in Germany. So I wouldn't be very surprised to meet a man.
