[Facts] Re: Igleceria / Eglecerio
Igleseria (sometimes spelled Egleceria) means “churchyard” in Spanish. This name and its variants is also found in Mexico as a surname and first name (both rarely.) The Spanish colonized the Philippines for many years and made strong missionary efforts, which may explain its appearance there.

Thanks! I found that there's also the name "Eclicerio" on this site. Could that name be related?https://www.behindthename.com/name/eclicerio/submitted

It seems it is not related. It is a different word (not commonly used in everyday language) which means something like cleric or someone who was formerly a cleric. It seems like it was transferred from a surname. Maybe someone who used to be a monk or priest perhaps.
