Both Rebecca and Sophie are pretty solid, Becky not so much.

I like Sophia, when it is pronounced soFYEa. Sophie isn't nearly as attractive and makes me think of a small sofa. And I prefer Rebecca, in full, to Becky or Reba.

I really like Rebecca; not so much Becky.
I really don't like Sophie, it feels prissy and pouty.
