Isabel is nicer, in my opinion.

My grandmother, mother and daughter all had or have the name Beatrice. I have no associations with either Portuguese or Spanish.

I like Isabel very much, though I prefer Isobel. Isabelle and Isabella, I don't enjoy at all.

Isabel, but preferably Isabelle. I don't care for Beatriz at all.
