Cindy is cute but almost too cute. I think of a bubbly blonde cheerleader of the 80s who is very popular, sweet, and friendly but not too bright.
I think Lucinda is ok but I think the Cindy nickname is a possibility. You can use Luci or call her by her full name but what if when she gets older and wants to be called Cindy?
