Lily!!!
Coincidentally, Lily is my name, and I quite like it. It's youthful and after a flower which makes it very pretty. I don't find it suitable for older people, though. It's more suitable for people in the younger generation.
I also find Lyla a name for the younger generation people. It's rising in popularity nowadays, but I'm personally not into it.
I do like Lisa though, but I think of older people when I hear the name. I cannot visualize someone in the younger generation called Lisa. Generally, this name is simple which makes it lovely, but it's kind of 'old' for the 21st century.

i think lisa is a bit embarrassing in this day in age, like we're not giving birth to 80 year olds. Unless it was a longer name like Alissa and it is shortened.
i Think lila/lyla is a really pretty name, very elegant i dont like the spelling with a y however.
Lily is pretty just a bit basic as a first name.

Lisa is OK for someone else, but not for me. The others do not appeal at all.
Lisa then lily
Lyla
Lily seems really neat on paper but my impression of it IRL is that it seems sort of prissy and weak. Too pleasant.
I'm old enough to have peers named Lisa and the ones I knew were never very nice, so I don't like the name. It was maybe kinda like Mia or Ava is today, in terms of the vibe - it has a bossy, stuckup streak.
Lyla seems modern but not too much so, and is lilting like Lily but pleasantly stronger sounding.

I love Lily
I think Lisa is prettier and rolls of the tongue easiest. Lyla is okay but I like Layla better. Lily is so weak and whiny.
