I like them, but I don't think they are usable.

Remus is more usable than Romulus because Romulus is more obviously "Rome" and it's also associated with the Star Trek planet. Remus is associated with Harry Potter but maybe not so much that people would assume that's what you're named after? I wouldn't advise using either as a first name though.

Remus has the additional baggage of the Uncle Remus stories.
Romulus has always sounded to me like some obscure body organ, or maybe a car.
