If I saw Lysbie, I'd think it was a nn for Elizabeth, with a needlessly kre8iv spelling. So I'd certainly opt for Lys, while preferring Liz.

I went with Lysiana (Lysbie + Viviana, a variant of Vivian). Thanks for the ideas!!! (Lys would be the nickname her family would sometimes call her.)

Thanks! Lis could also work too; as it would match the letters in Lysbie.
