No idea how it works in its own habitat. I find it bland and juvenile, because it looks like a typical English nickname I suppose. But I have no context for it so it might well have grace and dignity.

It's cute and pretty but unfortunately it reminds me of "yummy"

It makes me think of the word ‘yummy’.
