I think it would probably sound like aLAHni, long A, which I don't like much in English; and the -i ending looks unfinished. Might it sound like Alan + i? That, I dislike. I prefer Alannah, which would be aLANa, short A.

I don't care for it. That "lah" sound is so dominating and I actively dislike it. The same is true with Alana / Alannah and its variants.
