Hank is almost a cartoonish country-bumpkin name. Also reminds me of the Hank the Cowdog stories, where Hank tried to solve mysteries around the ranch and was always mangling his words.
Scipio doesn't feel like a first name at all. They don't sound remotely like brothers.
