As an italian name, I think it's pretty but kind of basic. Reminds me of names like Sarah and Emma.
I like it a lot more when used in an english context. Especially as an alternative to names like Alissa, Alyssa, Alisia etc.
Also I would pronounce it like "uh-less-ee-uh". "All-esha" sounds ugly imo.

It’s pretty. The s sound is more feminine to me than the x variant. I also like Alessandra.

like it, but as a once-avid player of the Elder Scrolls series of video games, I can't dissassociate it from the fictional character.

I like it. I like the sound of Alexia, but the word alexia is a more complicated associations than one might appreciate; Alessia is a nicer version to me.
Not wholly unrelated, has anyone noticed how Alexa went from a top-100 name in 2018 and is below 500 in 2022? Remarkable downward trend there.
