[Opinions] Millicent
I've always rather liked the name Millicent. I've always thought it sounds dignified and commanding, which fits in well with its meaning? In the US, it's been out of the top 1000 names since the 1960s, hasn't been within the top 500 since 1928, and hasn't broken the top 400 at all in the records available on this site. Elsewhere, in England & Wales, it's not exactly ecstatically popular, but it's consistently within the top 1000 names. So, what do you think of Millicent? Do you think it's useable today? Do you think it's poised for a comeback, or will ever be? Why or why not?
